● Advisory services for international investors
Important: We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do not provide regulated financial advice. Where necessary, we may introduce you to independent FCA-regulated professionals (e.g., mortgage brokers, solicitors, tax advisors).
2. Consultations and Bookings
● Consultations must be booked via our online system (Calendly or equivalent).
● Payment is required at the time of booking.
● Consultations are delivered online or in person (where agreed).
● We reserve the right to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice
3. Payments
● All fees are displayed clearly on our Site or booking platform.
● Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or Calendly.
● We do not store card details.
4. Refund & Cancellation Policy
We comply with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
● Cooling-Off Period: You may cancel your consultation booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided the service has not been delivered.
● Short-Notice Bookings: If you book a consultation within 7 days of the call, you agree to waive your 14-day cooling-off rights so the service can be provided.
● Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.
● Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Fees are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the consultation or in the event of a no-show
5. Use of Our Site
● You agree not to misuse the Site or engage in unlawful activities.
● We may suspend access if we believe misuse has occurred
6. Liability
● We provide strategic and market advisory services only.
● We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or returns.
● We are not liable for losses arising from investment decisions made by clients.
● Clients are responsible for seeking independent, regulated financial, tax, and legal advice.
7. Intellectual Property
● All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Westerbridge Limited unless otherwise stated.
● You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission.
