Job Description
1. Assist in collecting data, and gathering information relevant to ongoing research projects. 2. Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, including data cleaning, coding, and interpretation. 3. Contribute to the development of research methodologies, survey instruments, and data collection protocols. 4. Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings to generate ideas and insights. 5. Prepare written reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate research findings effectively. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various research initiatives and projects. 7. Maintain organized records of research materials, data sets, and documentation. 8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging research methodologies.
Requirements

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program in a relevant field such as Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Business, Political Science, or a related discipline.

Ability to think critically, analyze data, and draw meaningful insights from research findings. Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and research methodologies is advantageous.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and findings clearly and succinctly. Experience with academic writing, report preparation, and presentation skills is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in tasks involving data collection, analysis, and documentation.

Curiosity to explore new ideas, ask insightful questions, and pursue independent research inquiries.

While prior research experience is not required, any relevant experience through coursework, internships, or projects is beneficial.
